Teaching Assistant with Midday Assistant Duties

Overview

The Headteacher, Governors, and children of our inclusive school would like to appoint a friendly and self‑motivated Teaching Assistant to work in our Resource Room, to start in September 2026.

Responsibilities

• Support children with physical and learning disabilities in the Resource Room
• Work in 1:1 situations and teach small groups
• Deliver interventions such as Speech and Language or Occupational Therapy (training will be given)
• Use technology such as iPads or computers to adapt work for children with special educational needs
• Work well with other staff and agencies
