A leading specialist provider is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their education team in a specialist school and college in Cranleigh, Surrey. This role supports students aged 5-19 with complex learning disabilities, social communication difficulties, and challenging behaviours. You will help students access therapy-based education, develop essential life skills, and work towards greater independence. No prior experience is necessary – just empathy, compassion, and a can-do attitude.
