SEN Teaching Assistant / SEMH TA

We’re working with specialist SEN and SEMH settings supporting pupils who need structure, consistency and calm adult support.
This role suits someone who understands regulation before learning and is confident supporting pupils with SEMH, ASD, ADHD, trauma and behavioural needs.
The role:

1:1 and small-group support
*
Supporting emotional regulation, routines and engagement
*
Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams
*
Helping pupils re-engage with learning in a structured environment
This role suits someone who:

Has experience in SEN, SEMH, PRU, AP or specialist settings
*
Is calm, patient and consistent
*
Understands behaviour as communication
