Teaching Assistant – St Helens, WA9 – Immediate Start, Summer Term. Full‑time & Part‑time. Pay: From £14 per hour. Start Date: ASAP / Summer Term 2026.

We are partnering with a welcoming primary school in St Helens with an inclusive KS1 SEND base. We’re seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils academically and socially, helping them build confidence, independence, and essential academic skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group support for KS1 pupils with SEND, tailoring your approach to each child.
• Support children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties, and communication needs.
• Work closely with teachers and the SEND Co to implement personalised learning plans, interventions, and behaviour strategies.
• Use creative, sensory, and play‑based approaches to engage pupils in learning.
