Hays Education are working with a specialist school in Rugby to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant & Learning Mentor to join their team from September.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone with experience supporting learners with additional needs who are passionate about helping young people achieve their full potential.Working closely with teachers and other support staff, you will provide tailored support to pupils both in and out of the classroom, helping them develop confidence, independence, and key life skills.
