Job Description
The Primary School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Classroom Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a Reception-aged pupil with autism in an inclusive primary school in Southwark. Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support the learning and development of a Reception-aged pupil with autism
Deliver tailored support in line with the pupil's individual education plan (IEP)
Promote social, emotional, and communication development through structured play and consistent routines
Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment
Assist with personal care if required
