Hays Education are recruiting dedicated andpassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils within specialist education settings in Rugby.This is a rewarding opportunity to work with children and young people with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs,munication difficulties, learning disabilities, and behavioural needs.
Whether you have experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Support Worker, Care Assistant, Behaviour Mentor, Youth Worker, or in Health and Social Care, we'd love to hear from you.

Your New Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support

Support pupils both in and out of the classroom
