Position

Teaching Assistant – Rushcombe First School (Xs10.5a)

We are looking for an outstanding teaching assistant to join our successful, forward‑thinking and friendly school. The successful candidate will be committed to enriching children’s learning and well‑being, ensuring the highest outcomes for all children.

Fixed‑term contract, ideally commencing as soon as possible until the end of the summer term 2027, with potential extension for the following academic year.

  • Monday – Friday
  • Hours: 08.30am – 3.30pm, 32.5hrs per week, 39 weeks term‑time.
  • Rate of pay: Dorset Grade 3, SCP 3‑4
