Teaching Assistant (Resource Base)

Bellefield C of E Primary & Nursery School is seeking to appoint a committed and highly motivated Resource Base Teaching Assistant. As a member of staff within our Trust, you will contribute to a collaborative working environment and play a key role in supporting the learning and development of all pupils.

In this role, you will support the class teacher in delivering a differentiated curriculum within our newly established resource base, helping to ensure all pupils can access learning effectively. The role will involve working flexibly across different classes, providing consistent support while adapting to a range of learning environments and pupil needs. You will clarify instructions, assist with the use of materials and equipment, and provide targeted support in areas such as language, reading, and handwriting to help pupils complete their work.
