Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Preston from September.

This is a full-time role, working 6.5 hours per day , providing 1:1 support to a pupil within Key Stage 2 (KS2) . The successful candidate will play a vital role in helping the child access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential within the classroom environment.

The Role

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday
  • September start
  • Providing 1:1 support for a KS2 pupil with additional needs
  • Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider school team
  • Supporting academic, social, and emotional development
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
