Role Overview

Join the team at Cotswold Spa Hospital School as a Teaching Assistant and help support the delivery of education to residents with eating disorders. The role is part‑time, 30 hours per week, based at Cotswold Spa Hospital School, Broadway, Worcestershire.

Responsibilities

In this role you will provide hands‑on support to teachers in the design and delivery of classroom lessons, assist with lesson preparation, ensure the classroom is fully equipped with materials, and support pupils to engage with the syllabus. You will build rapport with the cohort, encourage engagement, and support learning, behaviour and social‑skills progression.
