Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a full-time Teaching Assistant to join our Kumon Habay I Tirona Highway Center in Bacoor, Cavite. The successful candidate will undergo structured training to perform the role according to the Kumon program.

This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, patient, and eager to grow in the field of education.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and manage daily learning materials
• Check, mark, and record Math and Reading worksheets accurately
• Guide students during class using the required teaching approach
• Monitor students' progress and maintain learning records
• Support learners in developing focus, confidence, and independent study habits
• Assist with general learning center operations as needed
