Job Description

Brookfield School is a growing and ambitious specialist setting committed to meeting the needs of pupils with a wide range of special educational needs.

Due to increasing pupil numbers and the continued development of our provision, we are seeking to appoint a dedicated and adaptable Learning Support Assistant (L3) to join our team.

This position is term time only, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro‑rata basis.

Essential Experience

  • Working with pupils with complex needs

Desirable Experience

  • Ability to develop a positive and nurturing relationship with the children they are supporting
  • Support and develop social and behavioural skills within the classroom
