Teaching Assistant (Level 3)

We are looking for two skilled and compassionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant's to join Highfield Littleport Academy, working closely with teachers to remove barriers to learning and help every pupil thrive. This role blends specialist classroom support with a strong focus on SEND, personal development and wellbeing, from adapting learning activities to supporting individual plans and providing care where needed.
