TEACHING ASSISTANT LEVEL 3 APPRENTICE

Early Years & Key Stage 1 Apprentice

Location: Salesbury Church Of England Primary School, Lovely Hall Lane, Salesbury, Blackburn, BB1 9EQ (279 pupils on roll)

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in class, small groups, and on a one‑to‑one basis, both indoors and outdoors.
• Assist with outdoor provision, Forest School, playtime and lunchtime activities.
• Provide support in busy, engaging classrooms, helping children learn through talk and engagement.
• Work under the guidance of class teachers and experienced staff, receiving induction, internal training, and mentoring.

Desirable Qualifications

• GCSE in English and Maths Grade 4 or above.
