Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced teaching assistant to work in 1:1 teaching support within a primary school in Wolverhampton. The position will start as soon as possible.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support a child with additional needs in the classroom.
- Inspire children and help them feel part of the class.
- Work collaboratively as part of a teaching team.
- Adapt support to meet the individual needs of each student.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification or equivalent for ratio purposes.
- Experience working with pupils who have additional needs.
- Experience within a primary school (preferably 6+ months).
- Current, clean DBS obtained through the update service.
- Passion for supporting students regardless of their needs.
