Protocol Education is working alongside a welcoming Primary School in Gateshead to support them with day-to-day and short-term supply cover. It’s a school that values kindness, teamwork and consistency, where support staff are genuinely appreciated and included.
The role will involve:
Supporting pupils in the classroom, both 1:1 and in small groups
Helping the class teacher keep learning flowing smoothly
Offering calm reassurance and encouragement throughout the day
Supporting children with their work, routines and confidence
Promoting positive behaviour through patience and clear expectations
Being a reliable, friendly presence pupils can trust
