Salary: £575 - £600 per week
We are seeking to appoint an exceptional SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated and supportive team from September 2026.
This is a unique opportunity to lead provision for a small group of Year 1 pupils with significant Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), primarily relating to speech and language development and social communication. These pupils require a high level of support to successfully access learning within a mainstream environment.
The successful candidate will work alongside support staff within a dedicated intervention space and will play a key role in delivering targeted support, implementing interventions and promoting positive outcomes for pupils with complex needs.
