Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a caring, committed and enthusiastic teaching assistant with experience of working with children in a primary school.

You will be required to bring energy and patience to the role, which involves providing 1 : 1 and small group support. You will support the child / children with their educational, behavioural, emotional and social development.

Although this is a 1 : 1 role, you will also gain experience as a whole class TA as all staff work with a variety of children across the school.

The successful candidate will hold qualifications in English and maths at GCSE grade C or above, although for the right candidate this can be flexible. They will need to be able to work using their own initiative, be self-motivated, well‑organised, flexible, patient and a good communicator.
