Teaching Assistant

Lavington School is seeking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team. As a member of staff within our Trust, you will contribute to a collaborative working environment and play a key role in supporting the learning and development of all pupils.

As a Teaching Assistant at Lavington School, you will work closely with teachers to support learning, helping students to achieve their full potential while promoting independence, confidence and inclusion. You will provide tailored support to individuals and small groups, ensuring all pupils, including those with SEND, can access the curriculum and feel a sense of achievement in their learning. The role involves preparing and organising learning resources, maintaining a safe and engaging classroom environment, and using effective behaviour management strategies to support positive outcomes.
