Job Summary

Nursery Class Location: Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT)

Start Date: September 2026

Contract: Full Academic Year (Until July 2027)

Hours: Full-Time / School Hours

Responsibilities

• Support children with learning and development activities.
• Assist the class teacher in creating an engaging and safe learning environment.
• Encourage independence, confidence and social development.
• Be adaptable, energetic and enthusiastic in supporting daily nursery routines.
• Work effectively as part of a team while also taking initiative when needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent Welsh speaker.
• Previous experience working within an Early Years or Nursery setting.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, staff and parents.
• Reliable, committed and able to commit to the full academic year.
