About the role

Vision for Education is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to work full time within a Primary School based in Great Barr. This is to work within the school’s SEN hub for KS2 pupils.

Requirements

To apply for this Teaching Assistant role in Great Barr , you should have:

  • Previous experience supporting pupils in a primary school or educational setting, or a relevant qualification such as Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant.
  • A genuine interest in supporting children’s learning and development.
  • Have or be able to obtain a DBS Certificate registered to the update service.
  • Be able to gain at least two relevant references covering the last 2 years.
  • Confidence assisting with individual and small-group learning activities, including supporting different learning needs.
