Salary: NJC6 £29,856 (actual), £25,247 (pro rata), well‑being cash plan, pension scheme (LGPS), additional Lift Schools benefits.

About the role
We’re looking for a dedicated teaching assistant to join our supportive team at Lift Bexleyheath. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work in partnership with teachers to support students’ learning, attainment, and personal development. You will play a key role in promoting students’ independence, self‑esteem, and social inclusion, helping them to access the curriculum, engage fully in learning, and experience success in the classroom.
