Teaching Assistant Additional Needs (term-time only) - Grade 4

Responsibilities

  • Support individual children sometimes within small groups, making the adjustments on a day‑to‑day basis to ensure access to a differentiated and highly personalised curriculum
  • Work closely with the SENCO to deliver a personalised programme of support to meet targets
  • Support the child’s personal care and needs, including communication by following the Education Health Care Plans, and undergo relevant training
