TEACHERS ASSISTANTS

Duties and Responsibilities
Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson preparation
Support children with reading, writing, numeracy, and learning exercises
Supervise learners during lessons, break times, outings, and activities
Prepare educational materials, stationery, and classroom resources
Maintain a safe, clean, organised, and child-friendly learning environment
Assist with arts, crafts, educational games, and outdoor learning activities
Provide one-on-one support to children requiring additional attention
Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive discipline
Support nature-based and environmental education activities linked to safari lodge life
Monitor and report learner progress or concerns to the teacher
Assist with school administration and record keeping where required
Communicate professionally with parents, lodge management, and staff
