POSITION TYPE PERMANENT, FULL-TIME, 37.5 HOURS/WEEK & TERM, PART-TIME

Aboriginal Community Campus, a division of NETES Neeginan Education, Training and Employment Services, Inc., is seeking senior year level teachers for the following courses: Humanities, Math, Science and Academic Prep. The Teacher is responsible for delivering in-class instruction to Indigenous adult learners. Teacher must have the ability to teach courses at the senior year’s levels, as evidenced through curriculum specialization in these fields, training and experience. This role requires coaching, motivating, monitoring, and tracking the progress of students enrolled within the courses. The incumbent will conduct themselves in accordance with professional practices consistent with the Aboriginal Community Campus systems, policies, procedures and protocols.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare lessons and homework assignments according to an approved curriculum.
