Lavington School is seeking a Teacher of Maths to join our team. As a member of staff within our Trust, you will contribute to a collaborative working environment and play a key role in supporting the learning and development of all pupils.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a broad, balanced and engaging mathematics curriculum, planning and adapting lessons to meet the needs of all learners while creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Inspire and motivate students through a range of effective teaching strategies, helping them to achieve their individual potential and make strong academic progress.
• Assess, monitor and report on student performance, using data to inform teaching and provide targeted support and improvement strategies.
