Job Description
Position: Teaching Faculty / Clinical Supervisor – Female Only
Location: Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality theoretical and practical teaching to nursing students.
- Supervise clinical training and ensure adherence to nursing standards.
- Guide students in patient care, clinical procedures, and professional ethics.
- Assist in curriculum development and academic planning.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance in both classroom and clinical environments.
- Maintain professional discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Qualification: BScN / Post RN BScN (Master's in Nursing will be preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of teaching and clinical supervisory experience in a recognized hospital or nursing school in Karachi.
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Registered with Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC).
