**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Job Goal:**
Work within the school and community setting, under the direction of the classroom teacher, to Amergisize students' learning; academic, behavioral, functional, and social/ emotional and to foster student participation in all school related activities.
**Qualifications:**
1. Professional Educator License with Stipulations issued by ISBE endorsed as para professional. (Licensure requirements:
https://www.isbe.net/Pages/Educator-License-with-Stipulations.aspx (https://www.isbe.net/Pages/Educator-License-with-Stipulations.aspx)) )
1. At least 19 years of age
2. **One** of the Following:
3. Associate's degree or higher
4. 60 semester hours of coursework
5. High School Diploma and passingscore on the ACT Workkeys
6. Some sign language ability and interest in improving signing skill. (SigningTeaching Assistants only).
7. Physical ability to be trained and perform physical management te...
