We’re looking for dedicated, compassionate individuals to join our growing team at Pear Tree High School. As a Teaching Assistant (Level 1 SEN) you will support our students in achieving their full potential and becoming confident, independent adults.

These are permanent full-time posts, working 35 hours per week, term time only, plus 5 INSET days. The pro-rata starting salary is £22,004, with a full-time equivalent of £25,583 Grade 3. The roles are expected to start on 1st July or 1st September 2026, once preemployment checks are complete.
