What You'll Do
Lead the development of glass spacer products
Develop prototypes and support product testing
Improve designs using DFM principles
Support CNC machining and precision manufacturing process
Perform product measurements and inspections
Troubleshoot technical issues and drive improvements
Work with suppliers and cross-functional teams
Support new product introduction and mass production

Familiar with engineering drawings, DFM and CMM inspection
Experience in CNC machining or product development
Experience in glass spacers or precision components is a plus
