Qualifications:

• 
  Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax accounting at a large CPA firm, including at least one busy season as a Senior Associate.
  
  
• 
  Strong corporate compliance experience required; partnership experience is a plus.
