An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Tax Manager to join a large, nationally recognised organisation within the logistics sector.

This is a newly created position, offering the rare opportunity to design and build the in-house tax function from the ground up. You will play a pivotal role in establishing processes, systems, and reporting frameworks, with strong visibility to senior leadership and direct impact on the broader finance strategy.

  • Overseeing Australian corporate tax compliance and reporting
  • Managing GST, payroll tax and other indirect taxes
  • Designing and implementing tax processes and internal controls
  • Building reporting frameworks and improving systems
  • Partnering with key stakeholders across the business
  • Supporting strategic projects and growth initiatives
  • Laying the foundations to scale and grow the tax function
