Location: Novena

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and assist taxpayers with general tax‑related enquiries.
  • Provide accurate information based on established policies and guidelines.
  • Guide callers on tax filing procedures and available online services.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE A‑Level or Diploma qualification.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, service‑oriented and comfortable speaking with members of the public.
