Role Summary

The Tax Director is a senior leader within the Tax practice, responsible for delivering high-quality tax advisory and compliance services to Irish and international clients. The role involves leading complex tax engagements, managing key client relationships, driving business development, and developing high-performing teams, while ensuring the highest standards of quality and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver complex tax advisory, compliance, and transactional engagements.
  • Act as the primary senior contact for a portfolio of clients.
  • Provide technically robust, commercially focused tax advice across Irish and cross-border matters.
  • Oversee quality, risk, and regulatory compliance across engagements.
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities, supporting proposals and pitches.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Managers and wider tax teams.
