Tax Compliance Supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible in ensuring compliance with LGUs business permit and other regulatory permit in operating a business of the SMIC and the parent group;
• Responsible in ensuring timely payment of local taxes due to the LGUs from SMIC and the parent group business operation and real properties and to ensure that no unnecessary local taxes are paid;
• Ensure that any discount offered by the LGUs on payment of local taxes are availed.
• Responsible in the monitoring of the department Data Management System (DMS) Project and documents in the offsite archive.

GENERAL DUTIES

Securing of updated Business Permit and other related regulatory permits from the LGUs where SMIC and the parent group operates and payment to various LGUs of local taxes dues to SMIC and parent group operations of business and property ownership
