WE ARE HIRING: Tax and Accounting Supervisor

What You'll Do:

• Oversee accounting, bookkeeping, and tax compliance for a portfolio of approximately 200 SME clients, ensuring accurate and timely BIR filings and financial statements.
• Review complex accounting transactions and provide technical guidance on PFRS, ensuring Annual Financial Statements are accurate and audit‑ready.
• Serve as the firm's lead representative for complex BIR audits, Letters of Authority, and tax assessments, including drafting protest letters and representing clients before BIR examiners.
• Directly lead, coach, and develop a team of four (4) Junior Accountants, managing day‑to‑day workflow, quality control, and professional growth.
• Provide tax and compliance advisory support to clients on the tax implications of their business decisions.
• Build and maintain SOPs, training materials, and quality standards for the Accounting Department.
