Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervises staff activities and productivity at all times.
- Ensures excellent front-of-house service, allocating and supporting staff throughout the shift to maintain exceptional customer service.
- Supports managers in the execution of business operations, driving sales and profit performance of the restaurant is consistently achieved and provides end-of-shift feedback.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- At least 1 – 3 years' experience Supervising in a Bar/Lounge environment.
- Serving andbartending required
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
