Job Description

We're looking for a friendly, outgoing Tasting Room Associate to join the team of a well-known winery in Guerneville, Ca.

What You'll Do:

  • Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service
  • Pour wine and sparkling wine tastings Lead engaging winery and history tours
  • Educate visitors about the winemaking process Promote wine sales, wine club memberships, and merchandise
  • Process transactions using a POS system
  • Keep the tasting room clean, stocked, and guest-ready

    • What We're Looking For:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Sales-minded with a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Available to work weekends and holidays
  • Able to work up to 25 hours per week

    • $20.30/hr plus tips
