**Position Requirements:**
+ U.S. Citizenship
+ Bachelor's degree
+ 5 years specialized experience; or eight (8) years general experience and five (5) years specialized experience.
+ General experience is experience gained in an office setting.
+ Specialized experience must include, at least, three (3) years program management experience and two (2) years of specialized experience in reviewing and processing BIs on applicants, employees, and contractors within the limits of agency designated authority.
