Targeting Analyst - Senior

Required Qualifications

• Experience Level: Minimum of 12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with AS/AA or 8 years with BS/BA or 6 years with MS/MA or 3 years with PhD
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in target development, ISR analysis, and weapon engineering methodologies.
• Familiarity with targeting tools and software, such as Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB), Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT), or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of intelligence collection platforms, processes, and targeting tradecraft.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high‑quality intelligence products and briefings.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.
• Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance, and ability to obtain applicable Special Access Program (SAP) access is required.
