Job Description
• Must be able to prepare dough’s, breads and meats in the Tandoor
• Ensuring & maintain the quality in busy hours.
• Re-stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Dressing dishes before they are served
• Check quality of ingredients
• Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
• Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities
• Plan menus, Ensure quality of food and portion control
• Follow safe food handling procedures at all times
• Follow recipes to the exact specifications
• Function as part of a team, support in all areas of the kitchen
• Complete prep lists to ensure enough products is available for service
• Keep the work area, utensils and production equipment in a clean, sanitized state at all times
