Tandem Truck Driver

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated truck driver to join our team. The right candidate will have experience in driving a standard tandem dump truck. If you are a skilled, mechanically inclined driver we want to hear from you. The majority of the work is hauling asphalt or gravel. Hours are varied; some days are longer, some days shorter, depending on the project. Mechanical knowledge would be a great asset because then on shorter trucking days more hours can be put in at the shop doing various repairs.

Responsibilities

• Haul asphalt or gravel as part of the project team.


• Operate a standard tandem dump truck safely and efficiently.


• Perform basic mechanical inspections and maintenance as needed.


• Adhere to project schedules and communicate any delays to supervisors.
