Job Description

The Talent Sourcing Manager is responsible for leading the organization's sourcing function by developing and executing strategic talent attraction initiatives that support both immediate hiring requirements and long-term workforce planning objectives. This role oversees the identification, engagement, and pipeline development of high-quality talent across multiple functions, levels, and business units.
Working closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders, the Talent Sourcing Manager drives proactive sourcing strategies, talent market intelligence, and candidate engagement efforts to ensure a strong and sustainable talent pipeline.
