In this role, you will report to the Manager of Global Sourcing, Talent Intelligence, and TA Operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define job requirements, team functions, and ideal candidate profiles for critical, difficult, and visible positions.
• Develop and execute impactful sourcing techniques that incorporate Boolean building and multi‑channel searches.
• Proactively reach out to passive candidates through personalized messaging and strategic networking efforts.
