The Talent Solutions Specialist works alongside the sales team to validate talent in real time and accelerate deal closure. You'll join live sales calls, introduce ready-to-work Bench VAs, and ensure every deposit is backed by a realistic, immediate match. This role brings recruiting to the front line of sales and owns speed, accuracy, and confidence in early talent matching.

What You'll Do

* Join live AE demos as the on-call talent expert

* Introduce specific Bench VAs during sales calls to validate availability and fit

* Physically showcase the managed office environment during live Zoom calls

* Verify role requirements (skills, tools, schedule, language) in real time

* Maintain a live view of available, camera-ready Bench VAs

* Schedule chemistry checks with Bench VAs before sales calls end
