Overview of the role

The Talent Quality Auditor position involves ensuring quality and consistency across all Talent Acquisition processes by auditing key interactions, including candidate calls, screening interviews, and written communications. This role requires reviewing large volumes of operational activity, evaluating performance against defined standards, and identifying both individual and systemic areas for improvement. You'll maintain high-quality hiring standards, analyze audits in detail, identify patterns and performance risks, and document findings with high accuracy while collaborating with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
