Overview

Role Purpose: To ensure the efficient and effective delivery of Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) management services by providing expert managerial consultations, case oversight, and client support. The role is responsible for the allocation and management of employee cases to guarantee real-time service delivery and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Key responsibilities include coordinating and managing high-risk and clinical cases, delivering Critical Incident Stress Debriefings (CISDs), and ensuring quality, timely, and client-focused support services that promote employee wellbeing and strengthen organisational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Matric/Grade12 - Essential
  • Social Work, Psychology or Counselling Degree - Essential
  • Registered with relevant professional body - Essential
  • 3-5 years of counselling experience
