Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Designing and managing talent management program such as management trainee program, core and functional development program
  • Developing career management related works for business units in charge
  • Develop mentoring and coaching sessions for employees
  • Build succession plans
  • Performing HR improvement projects as per assignment
  • Calculate employee engagement metrics, like retention and turnover rates
  • Perform benchmark analyses of compensation and benefits
  • Provide team members with direction for leadership and development initiatives
  • Oversee sourcing and hiring procedures to ensure we attract and select high-potential employees
  • Requirement:

  • Male or Female, age not over 42 years old
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field
