Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit key and other long- and short-term personnel for international and U.S. based proposals
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs of their teams and help manage recruitment for open Home Office and project positions
  • Source candidates in alignment with personnel requirements, and donor regulations
  • Prepare and collect documentation relating to the recruitment process: format CVs for proposals, develop personnel-related sections of proposals, as well as annexes and exhibits, collect biographical data forms and letters of commitment, etc.
  • Participate in recruitment strategy sessions with proposal team to draft organograms and advise on which positions to recruit for during capture phase and develop job ads for necessary postings
